100+ Paleo Instant Pot Recipes (1)

It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of the Instant Pot. Santa Roby (my husband)bought me one for Christmas several years ago – or um, I may have bought it for myself using his/our credit card. Since then, I’ve been using it on a regular basis – pretty much daily. I use itfor everything – frommaking hard boiled eggs to curries, soup, stews, etc. I kind of wish Instant Pot would hire me as a spokesperson because I tell literallyEVERYONE I know about this device – on and off theinternet.

Relatively new to both Paleo and Instant Pot cooking. Ordered some books on Amazon that after looking at them for five minutes I’m sending back. A large percentage of the recipes were not even for the instant Pot and many were not Paleo. Will try my first of your recipes tonight. BTW, Comm 88, Wahoowa!
