I am a Technician not a chemist Uniform titanium tetrachloride ( TiCl4 ) droplet distribution on magnesium chloride ( MgCl2 ) solution to improve morphology of MgCl2-supported Ziegler–Natta catalyst synthesized.Are titanium tetrachloride attached to a magnesium dichloride support (TiCl4 /MgCl2 ) combined with internal donor, Precipitated agents and surfactant The distribution of TiCl4 on the magnesium dichloride solution equally With steady flow rate of the droplet and dimeter of nozzle and the density of the solution in the reactor at a low temperature must be considered due to the exothermic reaction create hot spots or distract the formation of particles and the power sharing of the agitation will change the direction of the emotions that will affect the formation of particles or the viscosity of the solution prevent the TiCl4 droplet from penetrating the magnesium dichloride solution top layer that let the TiCl4 still on the surface of the highly viscosity solution creating two layers that effect the hom*ogenization of magnesium dichloride that causes delay in the particles formation due to delay merging the two layers and poor mixing also the purity of the surface active agent it is important to be taken into consideration which leads to unstable formation of the particles shape and increase viscosity due to the sensitivity of quality and accuracy amount due to higher viscosity outermost part the insertion of the donor in the vacancy of Mg or access outside and also the active site titanium insertion interior or exterior must be sure is not access on the surface and washable, The titanium active site and the internal donor on the vacancy of Mg They play very important critical factors for polyolefin Polymerization polymer to improve overall the polymer properties and performance, The smaller molecule of the Precipitated agents will give more spaces for the internal donor and titanium active site give more space for and the internal donor that will improve overall performance and efficiency, The chain length of the droplet called chain initiated.three steps which include initiation, propagation, and terminationthe chain length and the average number of units inside the droplet growing equally and separation uniform particle size distribution Clear separation between solid and liquid Fast stalemate and fast filtrationThe liquid phase prefer to be liquid rather than oil phase that will trap the fine may cause a filtration problems.
