As someone who has had to manually process siRNA MS/MS data and knows how time consuming it can be, having a software like BioPharma Finder software is game-changing! How good is good enough of #plasmid DNA for #mRNA manufacturing?💡We’ve been asking this question for a while and trying to correlate the CQAs of pDNA to the CQAs mRNA DS.During this week’s Bioprocessing Summit. CATUG is able answer how the supercoil% of plasmid DNA impact the mRNA CQAs, like integrity, cap%, tail distributions, dsRNA amount, as well as some CPPs like IVT and purification recovery yield.Though plasmid DNA was merely an IPC for linear DNA template according to most release strategy, we highly suggest to carefully check the supercoil percentage before linearization step.
