As someone who has had to manually process siRNA MS/MS data and knows how time consuming it can be, having a software like BioPharma Finder software is game-changing! This would have saved me so, so much time (and headaches! that straining of eyes for hours). No more manually zooming in to MS/MS scans to look for all the possible fragments then having to do so again for another charge state. No more building out extensive excel sheets hoping you haven't missed any charge states or fragments. No more risking copying and pasting to the wrong cell. No more spending hours on just the FLP sequencing then having to start over again for identifying attributes. I'm very excited about this release not only because of the benefits it brings to oligonucleotides, but also the benefits it bring to all biopharma characterization!

How good is good enough of #plasmid DNA for #mRNA manufacturing?💡We’ve been asking this question for a while and trying to correlate the CQAs of pDNA to the CQAs mRNA DS.During this week’s Bioprocessing Summit. CATUG is able answer how the supercoil% of plasmid DNA impact the mRNA CQAs, like integrity, cap%, tail distributions, dsRNA amount, as well as some CPPs like IVT and purification recovery yield.Though plasmid DNA was merely an IPC for linear DNA template according to most release strategy, we highly suggest to carefully check the supercoil percentage before linearization step.
